Understanding Enterprise is based on the EntreComp framework which focuses on the fundamental skills to battle rising unemployment rates which 95% of North East employers agree, are the skills which are fundamental to ensure growth and innovation.
Vision can help you to explore ideas and opportunities. During the course you will carry out a skill scan to identify your own personal areas for development and create a development plan unique to you.
This will not only help you with the course, but also to can help you to be more self aware and confident to sell yourself when writing job applications or going to interviews.
It can be difficult to plan anything at the moment but Understanding Enterprise can sharpen your planning and management skills. Use these whilst juggling job hunting with home schooling so you can still keep enough time for you and your Netflix binges, but you can also put your plans into action in your new job role too!
Understanding Enterprise helps you to develop skills to spot opportunities. Once you have registered to the course you get access to over 5000 employers within the North East with an opportunity to develop relationships in the sectors you are looking to work within.
