QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Essential:
- You must hold a teaching qualification of Level 4 or above.
- A robust background in business, including experience running your own business.
- Prior experience working with OFSTED and familiarity with its standards and expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts in a clear, creative, and accessible manner.
- Prior experience in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring role is crucial. A passion for supporting the success of others is also highly valued.
- Experience working with diverse groups, demonstrating the ability to develop an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
- The ability to adjust training methods to suit individual or group needs.
- Willingness to travel within the local area for community outreach and training sessions.
- Flexibility to work both during the day and evenings.
Desirable:
- Have an assessor qualification or experience of assessing learner work.
- Experience working with learners where English is an additional language and where learners have SEND.
- Experience of working with adult learners for educational purposes.
