Enterprise skills for the North East

Welcome to the Autumn edition of TALK This Quarter’s Theme: Financial Literacy

FIRST Thoughts…

TALK's newest edition is here, showcasing as always, the North East's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

This month, we’re shinning the spotlight on the invaluable enterprise skill: Financial Literacy

We all make money moves daily. Some small, like buying a coffee; some big, like planning a holiday. These real-life choices deepen our knowledge and broaden our perspective about money.

For individuals, financial literacy builds courage in financial decisions and if you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, it’s a tool that can transform your business ambitions into a thriving venture. For self-employment, it's one of the keys to making your business income do more for you; and for professionals, it serves as an essential guide to navigating the financial aspects of the workplace.

At FIRST, we recognise financial literacy as an empowering enterprise skill. Whether it's securing stability, propelling businesses, or enhancing professional expertise, mastering financial choices paves the path to future success.
