Julianne, from FIRST, is patient and diligent in how she works with the women. She takes time to identifies key moments to provide additional, tailored guidance - especially in developing the financial skills of women who may never have had the opportunity to manage their own household budgets. Her approach ensures that each woman is equipped to thrive, both personally and professionally. A perfect example of this partnership in action is how funding originally allocated for class lunches is being reinvested to support a woman living in our refuge who dreams of starting her own catering business. She will now provide meals for participants attending the FIRST classes - an empowering step toward her financial independence and business journey.”
